Some of my Testing and Delivery projects

I led testing strategy and business user assurance on strategic IT change programmes at Royal Mail, including CRM upgrades, SAP enhancements, and data migration initiatives.

I provided test consultancy and assurance services for the technology on board P&O Cruises’ XL-class cruise ship, Iona, which comprised over 160 new and existing IT systems.

In my role as Delivery Manager at OS I scaled up the delivery capability to 45 QA staff and established a brand new end-to-end assurance team, reinforcing quality standards along the way.

I was accountable for test leadership and issue management on a flagship SAP HR project at the BBC, owning key test activities including defect triage processes and reporting progress to the Board.
